A rectangular box, designed  originally to hold a Kinder chocolate egg. It can however be used for sweets, biscuits (can students make a biscuit to fit?) etc. The form is designed to cut a variety of materials including folding box board, kraft board and E flute corrugated board.

The formes are supplied with a poly-prop stencil to allow students to cut a window if required.

The formes are made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled box measures 90 x 70 x 70. students could cut a window to display the contents.
Using the forme students could learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials and accurate assembly. The box has a tuck lid and an envelope base.

The formes are designed to be used on the Ellison Prestige Pro die-cutting machine and are NOT recommended for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
