The forme will cut a hexagonal pot designed to be used as a pen pot, however with an extra hexagon cut from the waste board it could have uses as a money box etc.

The form is made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled pot measures 103 x 86A/F and could be used for many products and be enhanced when students make a suitable changes. The best material to use is 350gms board.

Using the forme students can learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials, and how a glued  construction works.

The forme is designed to be used on an Ellison Prestige Pro Die-cutting machine and is NOT recommended  for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
