The forme will cut a deep rectangular tray designed to be glueless and be made from E flute corrugated board.

The form is made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled tray measures 150 x 125 x 51 and could be used for many products and be enhanced when students design and make a suitable lid or sleeve.

Using the forme students can learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials, and how a gluless  construction works.

The forme is designed to be used on an Ellison Prestige Pro Die-cutting machine and is NOT recommended  for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
