The forme will cut a rectangular hopper side tray designed to replicate a food safe “tectan” leak proof tray.

The form is made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled tray measures 218 x 143 x 30 and could be suitable for many applications including food products dependant on the board used.

The forme is also supplied with a poly-prop stencil to help students cut a rim for the tray

Using the form the students can learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials and assembly. Students could design an acetate closure and a card display.

The forme is designed to be used on an Ellison Prestige Pro Die-cutting machine and is NOT recommended for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
