A rectangular sleeve, designed to be glued and to be cut from E flute corrugated board.

The formes are made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled sleeve measures 232 x 157 x 32 and is suitable for many applications in D&T. The sleeve can be mated with the tray D359651. For some applications it would be necessary for students to cut a window to allow the contents to be displayed. Both the lid and sleeve will require gluing.
 
Using the forme students could learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials and accurate assembly.

The formes are designed to be used on the Ellison Prestige Pro die-cutting machine and are NOT recommended for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
