ICSAT LLP fully complies with current GDPR and consumer legislation. This policy sets out how ICSAT LLP uses and stores your personal data which is collected either through our online shop, electronically via emails, or verbally from phone calls.

ICSAT LLP  is a UK registered company OC374339, and is registered at 15 Willow Tree Close, Long Lee, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD21 4RZ.

Your privacy and security is of the highest importance to us. We put in place all reasonable technical, security and procedural controls required to protect your personal in whatever format we hold it. We will never release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you make a purchase or booking from us, either online, by email or phone call we collect certain personal information from you, for example: your name, email address, phone number, payment address and delivery address.

Our credit card transactions are handled by PayPal, they receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. Every third party we use complies with current legislation and is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private. ICSAT LLP does not store any credit card information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process your order(s) or booking(s), request payment(s) and keep records to enable us to give follow up customer service if requested by you. We also use your information to meet our legal obligations, for example, VAT evidence, product recall etc.

If you have opted to receive marketing emails from us, or we believe there is a legitimate interest, we may use your email address to contact you from time to time with details of product promotions etc.

How We Store Your Information

We store your information on our eshop  system and our financial management system. All such information is held on secure servers. Both systems are owned by third parties who comply with current GDPR legislation.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of ICSAT LLP.

We may also keep your personal information for up to 8 years to enable us to:

  • Respond to questions or complaints about your purchases
  • To maintain records according to legal requirements

Your Rights

You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you.

If you feel that we should no longer be using your personal information, you can request that we erase the personal data we hold on you. When we receive your request we will confirm that your personal data has been deleted or tell you why it cannot be deleted as there may be legal reasons why we need to keep your personal data.
