The Pixie RGBmST is an all-in-one Programmable Lighting Module, it uses a 5V RGB LED Strip (5 LEDs) for maximum light mixing and spread, microcontroller and download connection via a 3.5mm stereo socket. The Pixie RGBmST uses either a PICAXE 08M2 or Genie 8 microcontroller.

It also has provision for a switched input and/or sensing via LDR or Thermistor and chip based temerature sensing using the LM35DZ or TMP36 devices - we can supply these devices if needed via the product selector.

An ideal starter to meet the requirements for Programmable Components at KS3.

The Pixie Sound’n’Light Dot provides an RGB LED and piezo transducer for those projects that need light and sound. The Dot also has a digital input connection with pulldown, for use with any standard switch. The Sound’n’Light dot can be used in conjunction with the Pixie 8 and Pixie 14 mainboards, using the 8 pin Pixie Port . The kit contains a PCB (45mm x 25mm) and all parts.
