The Pixie LEM board is an all purpose input/output board for use with any microcontroller based system, it meets the needs of any KS3, GCSE, A Level and the Smart Product Design & Manufacture courses. It provides a wide range of inputs systems: PTM button, Analog sensor (LDR/Thermistor), potentiometer, PIR sensor, and Temperature sensor. The outputs provided are: 7 Segment display, Transistor driver, Servo, standard LED, and RGB LED.

The connections to and from the board are made via standard jumper leads.

The Pixie Sound’n’Light Dot provides an RGB LED and piezo transducer for those projects that need light and sound. The Dot also has a digital input connection with pulldown, for use with any standard switch. The Sound’n’Light dot can be used in conjunction with the Pixie 8 and Pixie 14 mainboards, using the 8 pin Pixie Port . The kit contains a PCB (45mm x 25mm) and all parts.

The Pixie NeoDot board provides a way of operating Neopixels from Picaxe and Genie based systems such as the Pixie 8 and Pixie 14 mainboards, it is also compatible with our new ATTiny8 and ATTiny14 mainboards. The board can run upto 24 Neopixels, Sparkles etc which are based on the WS2812B addressable LEDs, for creative lighting solutions for D&T projects and modelling light systems.
